About Me
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, I’m a leadership coach, keynote speaker, and facilitator who works with high-responsibility leaders and teams to communicate more clearly, lead more effectively under pressure, and build resilience from the inside out. My work helps organizations move from reactive habits to a more intentional, proactive culture—so when challenges arise, leaders are prepared.
Before becoming a coach, I spent over three decades in emergency services, leading teams through high-stakes situations as a firefighter-paramedic, captain, and peer support team leader. My own experience recovering from PTSD continues to shape the grounded, practical approach I bring to my clients. Whether through coaching, workshops, or keynote talks, I help leaders build trust, navigate overwhelm, and create environments where people can excel—even when the pressure is on.
